Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00

Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.

On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position Summary

The Recruitment Analyst is able to execute and manage the recruitment and selection processes, according to the times and procedures linked to the LATAM countries. It must also manage needs according to the needs of the area

A day in the life of...

  • Enforce the contact processes with candidates at LATAM level.

  • Manage multiple processes, based on a time frame agreed with stakeholders.

  • Analyze the different market opportunities in relation to recruitment and attraction strategies.

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor's degree in: Psychology, Business Administration and co related areas

  • Previous experience in the recruitment and selection process of at least 2 to 3 years.

  • Prior knowledge to make contact processes with candidates on a mass basis.

  • Intermediate English level.

  • Previous experience in the application of psychotechnical tests

  • Experience in the management of work teams.

  • Knowledge of search engines such as Linkedin (Recruiter).
