Summary:
PRN Dietary Cooks needed for Senior Living Center Benefits included with flexible schedule as needed on call with competitive pay depending on experience, will receive 15% DIFFERENTIAL PAY
Description:
Other duties are that are required:
Must be able to cook and follow daily planned menus, prepare food and beverages for 53 residence and staff 3 x a day working with dietary helpers
Organize duties to complete tray service in a timely manner
Assure kitchen equipment and surfaces are clean and sanitized according to dietary procedures
Able to unload truck and stock products in freezer and coolers
Store food in compliance with dietary procedures
Able to stand, bend squat and physically lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be willing to wash rinse and sanitize dishes when needed and must be able to complete other cleaning duties and follow instructions .
