Lead Nail Technician - Lodge Kohler

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Green Bay, WI

Opportunity

Do you enjoy working with clients and ensuring their beauty and personal care requests exceed their expectations? Do you have experience working in a high-end spa? If so, the position of Lead Nail Technician for the Kohler Waters Spa is for you!

Specific Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all new hire training for technical and non-technical performance.

  • Integrating Salon Therapists and the ongoing training and development of spa associates.

  • Overseeing and schedule on-going in-house and technical review training. Assisting with project work, research or a task force initiative, as needed.

  • When providing services, operating at or above Salon Therapist IV expectations.

This is a part-time position. Shifts will vary anytime between 7am and 9pm, weekdays and weekends.

Skills/Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma supplemented with a Cosmetology license required.

  • 5+ years of Spa industry experience.

  • Prior Supervisory experience is required.

  • Strong organizational skills and computer skills required.
