Kelly Science & Clinical has a new temporary opportunity for Document Assistant in Ashtabula, OH!
Pay: $18-$20/hour
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
A 3-6 Month Temporary Opportunity
Potential for hybrid work, after training
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Efficiently transfer files from a legacy web-based application to SharePoint, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, web-based applications, and OneDrive.
Track project progress, meet deadlines, and provide daily email updates.
Maintain data quality and consistency throughout the migration process.
Ensure that the migration process aligns with ISO compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Excel, web-based applications, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
