PeopleReady Pipefitter / Welder in Ashland, Virginia
PeopleReady Skilled Trades Division is currently looking for a fitter/welder for a shop position. The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience in fabricating components and flux core welding. Must be able to read blueprints. The candidate must be able to work in a shop setting and be able to work on cranes. Must have efficient AWS knowledge. Must be able to pass overhead welding test. NOTE - The pay rate for this job is $20 - $25 / hour
Responsibilities:
Must be able to weld overhead
Produce Flux Core Weld Arc meet standards
Ability to read blueprints
Ability to read AWS Weld Symbols
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have welding experience
Must have pipefitter experience
Must pass over head welding test
Must be able to read blueprints
Must have the ability to 50lbs
