Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following indicated work methods. · Makes ready, operate and maintains the machine. · Observes and monitors machine operations to detect malfunctions and to determine whether adjustments are needed. · Identifies, troubleshoot and corrects product defects caused by the machine. · Performs routine adjustments during the machine run and maintains production throughout the run. · Sets up and assists in operating machine meeting established published specifications. · Ensures all orders are completed to specifications including "special instructions" if applicable. · Identifies and makes basic repairs to the machine. · Ensures Operation of machine and related equipment by completing basic preventive maintenance requirements according to operation standards. · Runs the machine meeting production goals. · Maintains housekeeping standards all the time. · Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. · Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. · Comply with all IP's Safety rules and Quality policies and protocols at all times. · Keep appropriate records and reports (complete forms, logs, and records accurately - as required). · Other duties as assigned by managers and or supervisors/shift leader.
