Our client is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment across various systems. Job Title: Facility Maintenance Engineer
Location: Ashburn, VA
Pay Range: $35-40/hr.
1st shift – 1 opening
3rd shift – 1 opening
What’s the Job?
Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Control systems to ensure efficient facility operations.
Oversee facility services, including preventative maintenance, inventory control, and contracted maintenance.
Maintain HVAC systems through regular cleaning, inspection, calibration, and part replacement.
Monitor equipment performance, make necessary adjustments, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Identify and address safety hazards, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
What’s Needed?
8-10 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot Commercial or Industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems, and implement corrective actions.
EPA 608 Type II Certification.
Proficiency in computer applications, including Word and Excel.
Preferred
EPA 608 Universal Certification.
DC 3rd Grade Stationary Engineer
