This position is contingent upon contract award
SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Transportation and Maintenance Supervisor provide support for a services contract in Doha, Qatar.
Essential Job Duties
Manage transportation motor pool for the program.
Ensure the readiness of drivers, vehicles, and dispatch procedures to meet the transportation needs.
Manage driver training program to ensure qualified, licensed, and safe driver operations.
Manage automotive maintenance program to ensure operational readiness of the vehicle fleet.
Manage driver and vehicle dispatch program meet requirements.
Ensure appropriate maintenance and driver training records are maintained.
Prepare reports and contract deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
Associate’s degree. High school diploma and 12 years of experience may be substituted.
10 years of experience providing fleet management, transportation, and automotive maintenance support with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government customer overseas.
4 years of supervisory experience.
HAZMAT certification.
Familiarity with the Maximo asset management system.
Current CDL drivers license.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Proficient written and verbal communicator.
Work Environment
Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
