Responsibilities and Duties
Enter work orders into Environmental Protection Agency proprietary database systems
Keep track of a $3.0 million-dollar plus inventory
Maintain detailed inventory of property and supplies
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Work closely with outside vendors
Assist Warehouse Technician with calibrating equipment
Log out, inspect, and function check materials and equipment requested by field personnel
Log in, inspect, and function check materials and equipment returned from the field by personnel
Track maintenance on equipment sent to vendors for annual calibration or repair
Research best pricing on stock items
On-call backup for Warehouse Technician
Shipping backup for Warehouse Manager
Annual inventory of equipment and materials
Responsible for arming and/or disarming security system
Escort various contractors in the warehouse space
Provide database information to EPA personnel upon request adhering to the requested deadline
Maintain list of excess items
Keep track of expiration dates
Enter new equipment information into databases
Track requisition paperwork on all new equipment
Other duties as assigned
