Our client, a reputable construction company, is seeking a Controller to join their team. As a Controller, you will be part of the Accounting Department supporting financial operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Controller

Location: Arvada, CO (In-office)

Pay Range: $120k+ (based on experience)

What’s the Job?

  • Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll, and general ledger.

  • Prepare financial reports, manage budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.

  • Monitor cash flow, job costing, and project financials.

  • Coordinate audits and maintain financial records.

What’s Needed?

  • Construction industry experience required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • Experience with ADP ServiceNow, and Spectrum software.

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to travel as needed.
