The Customer Service Representative interfaces with client customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer. Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-standard/unstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking

  • Resolve overdue bills, collect payments from the party responsible for the debt and address client queries regarding delinquent accounts and help to develop repayment plans

  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services

  • Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required

  • Be tenacious in tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in call tracking database

  • Be comfortable with fraud prevention, collections, and transaction disputes

  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:

  • A High School Diploma and/or GED

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required

  • Live within 25 to 30mile radius of our 1900 Meyer Drury Drive, Arnold, MO site

  • Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills

  • The ability to work rotational shifts as needed
