Position Summary

We are immediately seeking a Subject Matter Expert to join our motivated Advanced Capabilities and Expert Solutions (ACES) Division to support the USMC Tomahawk Office at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. This position is assigned to PMA-281, Strike Planning and Execution Program Office and is responsible for developing and refining Tomahawk Missile Program requirements while performing system and program analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and advance Tomahawk Missile program requirements

  • Tomahawk Missile system and program analysis

  • Collaborate with developers to create software, system requirements and associated documentation

  • Participate in test documentation and scenario development

  • Work with Original Equipment Manufacturer on system integration

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or related discipline; advanced degree preferred. Combination of background, education, and training may be considered in lieu of degree

  • Minimum 8 years of USN/USMC aircrew experience with credentials in strike planning and weapon employment

  • Travel (20%) required to various work sites throughout the U.S.

  • Valid state driver license

  • US. Citizenship

  • Current and active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility

    Desired Experience/Skills

  • Experience with various operational squadrons, training squadrons, test squadrons, program offices, and tactical centers of excellence

  • Familiarity or experience with the U.S. Armed Forces and Department of Defense (DoD) federal contractors and the aerospace, defense, or commercial aviation industry

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to correctly prioritize workload to maintain schedules, deadlines, and standards on assigned projects

    Work Authorization

  • Must be lawfully eligible to work in the United States and complete a U.S. government I-9 Form
