What You’ll Get to Do:

You will be a on a team of contract closeout specialists responsible for the successful closeout of contracts in accordance with Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and other Federal regulations.

This position allows for the flexibility to work-from-home during current circumstances .

More About the Role:

  • You will work independently to analyze and process contracts for closeout;

  • Collect and prepare all documentation and perform all non-inherently governmental functions necessary for closeout, up to the point that a Contracting Officer’s warrant is required for signature or further action; and

  • Provide tracking metrics on all assigned actions as required throughout contract performance. These contracts may include Indefinite Delivery Vehicles, Master Blanket Purchase Agreements, and large or small purchases that require Desk Audits, determination of Final Indirect Rates, or analysis of Certified Cost and Pricing data or other than certified data.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • One (1) year of demonstrated knowledge and experience in the operation and administration of procurement office and its function;

  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite;

  • Excellent organizational skills; and

  • Accurately follow oral and written instructions.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Experience in closeout of various contract types; and

  • Bachelor’s degree.
