Insight Global Functional Analyst in Arlington, Virginia
Job Description
As a Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within ServiceNow. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and drive business growth. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, project teams, and IT professionals to ensure successful implementation.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a business analyst, functional consultant, technical consultant, etc.
2+ years of Salesforce/ServiceNow/or other CRMs
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Functional testing experience
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Elicitation and Documentation:
Conduct thorough needs analysis by engaging with stakeholders to understand project goals.
Document requirements clearly and concisely, ensuring easy comprehension by all involved parties.
Functional Analysis:
Analyze gathered requirements to identify business challenges and opportunities.
Dive into data insights to determine the best approach for achieving desired outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and define project roadmaps.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Apply best practices during testing phases.
Solve issues that arise during testing, ensuring smooth implementation.
Conduct data analysis to provide insights supporting decision-making processes.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in eliciting requirements and facilitating solutions
