Position Summary:

As aData Scientist, youll will provide transformative solutions to our clients big-dataobstacles and help advance the mission. In this role, you will:

• Identifydatasources andautomatecollection processes
• Perform preprocessing ofstructuredandunstructureddata
• Analyze large, complexdatasets to identify trends and patterns
• Build predictive models andmachine learningalgorithms
• Combine models through ensemble modeling
• Present information usingdata visualizationtechniques
• Propose solutions and strategies to address Key Intelligence Questions
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams

Required Qualifications:

• Requires an activeTS/SCIClearanceand eligibility to obtain a CI Poly
• 2+ years ofexperienceas aData Scientist,Data Engineer,MLEngineer, orDataAnalysts and a Bachelor'sDegreein ComputerProgramming, Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination ofeducation, technical training, or work/militaryexperience
• 3+ years ofexperiencein aLinuxenvironment
• Role will be ahybridremote role with up to the 3 days a week on a government site.
• Directexperienceand demonstrated proficiency withPythonprogrammingto buildcontainerizedmicroservicesthat use message queues such as activemq or rabbitmq.
• Experienced inMLModel performance testing and hyperparameter tuning (Tensorboard, wandb, mlflow)
• ExperiencetrainingMLmodels with GPU acceleration in acontainerizedenvironment using commonAIframeworks such asTensorflowor Torch.
• Experiencewith workload managers (SLURM, ArgoWorkflow,Airflow)

Desired skills and abilities:

• Priorexperienceworking with or within theIntelligence Communityor a military intelligence unit
• Understanding of access management andsecuritygroups (i.e. IAM, S3 bucket, SSH, VPN, etc.)
• Computer vision relatedexperiencewith torchvision ortensorflowobject detectionAPIs.
• Additional languages on top ofPythonpreferred (C++, Julia, Go, R)
• Familiarity withCloudPlatformAI-MLtoolsets (e.g.AWSSagemaker, GCP Vertex)
• Experiencebuildingdatapipelines withspark, kafka, or nifi
