The Commercial Pricing Compliance Senior Manager’s core role will be to shape and support how our AFS capabilities and assets are developed, accounted for, and priced, with a focus on emerging technologies like Generative AI. You will identify and manage financial risks and provide high quality guidance and advice to our organization, with a focus on building and maintaining the trust of our people, clients, suppliers, and partners. You will work closely with other Finance teams, other Corporate Functions, and the Business to deliver innovative solutions in a responsible and compliant way.

The Work:

  • Own the commercial pricing (FAR 12) development, maintenance, and overall strategy from a financial compliance perspective

  • Support the commercial pricing process including assessing products/services as commercial and supporting fair and reasonable prices

  • For emerging offerings (including AI), design, build, implement or improve a comprehensive pricing program aligned to AFS’ framework of compliance and risk, reflecting leading industry practices

  • Identify relevant financial, regulatory and policy requirements as well as voluntary commitments and industry best practices, and translate them into policy, standards and controls

  • Work closely with FP&A to develop compliant methods for accumulating and allocating costs associated with the product/service

  • Conduct financial assessments of products and services, including identifying risks and related risk mitigation strategies

  • Enable Accenture’s client-facing teams to efficiently handle day-to-day financial decisions for new technologies

  • Provide business focused, risk based, guidance to the Business, Sales Teams and client-facing teams.

  • Act as a central point of contact for other AFS Finance and Corporate Function teams

  • Maintain an internal repository and maintenance plan for products/services that have obtained commercial pricing

  • Establish an internal training and education program on use of commercial assets and services engaging key teams throughout the lifecycle from development to estimating to pricing

  • Evaluate and maintain compliance over intercompany transfer pricing options

Here Is What You Need:

  • Bachelors Degree, preferably in finance or accounting

  • 10 years of relevant FAR and CAS experience, specifically around FAR 12 and commercial product/service pricing

  • DC Metro Based

  • Limited travel

  • Ability to work remote

  • Bachelors Degree in finance or accounting

  • Advanced Degree

  • 15+ years of industry experience

  • Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas

  • Committed to building and maintaining a consistent compliance program

  • Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role :

California: $ 120,900 - $238,600

Colorado: $ 120,900 - $206,100

New York: $111,900 - $238,600

Washington State: $128,800 - $219,500
