CACI's Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking Business Systems Analysts in support of the Navy’s Enterprise Support Information Technology Command Information Office (ES IT/CIO) office located in Arlington Va. What You’ll Get to Do:
Responsible for facilitating the process to collect and define client requirements. Provides advice and recommendations on process best practices. Performs analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements. Works with clients to understand and define needs and develop and recommend solutions. Interacts and communicates with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel. Produces functional design specifications based on user requirements. Compare project costs, benefits and risk and return on investment information. Maintains deep knowledge of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, and Momentum). Performs configuration and designs functional solutions (e.g., reports, interfaces, workflows, and extensions) for specific application and third-party systems.
More About the Role:
You will provide support for ES IT/CIO office with respect to OPNAV N1 responsibilities as the Single Manpower Resource Sponsor and Navy-wide functional sponsor for IT and IM information resources. This support will include planning and programming support and management of compliance tasking and responses that are mandated by various departments within the Navy, the Office of Secretary of Defense and Congress.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications :
Requires bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical/applied sciences, or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics or management information technology, and 10 years of general experience in any of the following: complex problem solving, software, systems, business processes, cyber security, network, hardware installation, network management, enterprise communications, information assurance, system administrator or data standardization.
- Requires active SECRET Clearance.
Desired/May Require:
Experience in PeopleSoft or Salesforce technologies.
Experience in educational tools/Learning Management Systems.
Experience with IT and Capability portfolio management principles. System experience may include DITPR-DON/DADMS, JUPITER and/or equivalent Federal Portfolio tool.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,300
