Resp onsibilities Include:
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities such as systems analysis, and computer programming.
Leads a team of Business Intelligent Analysts to ensure analysis and evaluations of user issues are defined with a path to resolution.
Collaborates with customer, prime and Leidos technical experts to improve and sustain MPE in an agile software environment.
Defines output requirements for user acceptance to manage testing and systems controls.
Participates in daily scrum team meetings to share results and aid Systems Engineers and Software Developers in defining backlog.
Communicates with Leidos OM&S team members, customer technical team and Leidos executive leadership.
Reports to OM&S Program Manager.
Clearance Required:
- Active Secret clearance.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education :
Ability to apply advanced Business Intelligence Analyst methodologies as applicable to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) ofMission Partner Environments (MPE).
Requires BS degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree – Candidate may substitute additional years of experience.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education :
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 15 years’ experience.
Knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs.
Previously worked on cloud application programs in a SAFe agile environment.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
