Receptionist
The primary responsibility of the Receptionist is to provide the highest level of professionalism, customer service and telephone etiquette to the facility and all visitors. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors, answering the switchboard, documenting incoming deliveries, processing incoming and outgoing mail and providing clerical support as requested. Assists with various clerical duties and projects as assigned, and may assist with completing appropriate paperwork for new admissions.
Work Hours : 2pm – 9pm Saturday and Sunday
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent
One to two (1-2) years experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a heath care environment or any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations and temperments.
Will be required to work occasional overtime, flexible hours, nights & weekends
Bilingual desired
CPI training is required
