This role will supervise a strong team of Liability Adjusters handling commercial trucking insurance claims. This includes: file reviews audit, mentoring and training employees, coordinating workloads, troubleshooting problems, and assisting adjusters in developing proactive strategies.
Qualifications:
5 to 7 years of claims handling experience in bodily injury or commercial auto isrequired. Previous supervisory or leadership experience isrequired.
Trucking claims experience ispreferred.
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
