Lockheed Martin Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Missile Maintenance IPT L / Arlington, TX in Arlington, Texas
Description: Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Missile Maintenance IPT Lead to work in the Lower Tier Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) program area in Arlington, TX.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
• will support all cost, quality, and schedule performance for multiple concurrent Sustainment Operations task orders/contracts.
• will directly support the Program Managers as a representative of the Sustainment Operations Program Office.
• will closely with the Program Manager(s) related to managing integrated master schedules, contract deliverables, risk & opportunity, and program performance metrics.
• will develop close working relationships with all Control Account Managers, functional leadership, and depot leads to foster sharing of best practices and identification of contract/program risks stemming from potential impacts to the technical schedule and cost performance.
• will support FMS Program Managers with presentation development and communications across PAC-3 directorates, USG, and FMS Partners
• will work closely with Sustainment Operations Recert, Repair and SRT Program Managers to ensure execution of contractual requirements - on schedule and within cost targets
• will be responsible for interfacing between the Program Office and Functional teams to achieve program goals
• will make recommendations to Program Manager(s) for cost, quality, and schedule
• will coordinate with the customer and internal IPT(s) to establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identify program problems and obtain solutions
• will participate in the development of cost estimates that are complete and executable
• will understand and communicate issues to the program and customer, identify and drive solutions.

Basic Qualifications:
• Able to effectively work in an agile environment, able to prioritize, lead, and manage tasks to completion
• Experience applying Control Account Management (CAM) and EVMS methodologies
• Strong organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task high priorities
• Exceptional teambuilding skills; Demonstrated coordination and collaboration experience
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment under general guidance
• Ability to professionally communicate both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Record of utilizing the FSL model in executing responsibilities
• Ability to proactively manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Formal presentation skills; ability to produce presentation materials appropriate to the audience
• Knowledge of process improvement methodology
• Current secret security clearance with an investigation in the last 5 years.
Desired Skills:
• Proven resource management – people, material, and time
• Project management skillsets, including but not limited to: leadership, effective communication, planning/organization, risk management, and financial acumen
• PAC-3 Missile Segment system knowledge
• Experience in both a repair depot and a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Fixed Price contracting and requirements development
• Proven customer relationship skills and previous experience with USG agencies, specifically SHIELD and DCMA
• Familiarity with OASAS, SAP (PRD and MRO) or similar databases
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
