Aston Carter Order Entry Specialist in Arlington Heights, Illinois

Looking for:

• High school diploma; BS/BA or office administration or relevant field is preferred

• Three or more years of project-designed industrial product experience preferred.

• Prompt and regular attendance Required

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)

Description:

  • Process quotes, orders, and additional sales forms efficiently and accurately following the ERP system guidelines.

  • Manages detailed records of customer interactions, transaction comments, and complaints.

  • Monitors order progress to ensure customer expectations for delivery are communicated and met.

  • Maintains electronic and paper filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.

  • Prepares and reviews vendor invoices for accuracy to ensure seamless handoff to billing operations.

  • Responsible for entering, transcribing, recording, maintaining and storing information in written or electronic form.

Hours:

Monday through Friday

8am to 5pm
