• Work with executive management to create the highest level of efficiency within an organization.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of client deliverables and adherence to established processes and procedures.
• Execute strategies to reduce functional and operational complexity through streamlined processes, optimized use of technology, and efficient use of resources to deliver cost-effective, high-quality services to all stakeholders.
• Design and implement reporting metrics to measure efficiency, productivity, and achievement of financial goals.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resource allocation, enhance service quality, and maximize client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for targeted regions, including the U.S. and former Soviet Union Republics.
• Engage in sales activities, including taking sales calls, conducting accounting discoveries, and preparing proposals.
• Collaborate closely with the executive management to develop and implement sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and expand client base.
• Keep track of project files, employee reports, budgets, schedules, and other details related to company processes.
• Participate in public engagements, conduct presentations and seminars, and participate in media content creation.
