Title:Treasury Support Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for performing sales support functions assisting the sales unit in the installation of new products and services.This position is also instrumental in establishing and maintaining great working relationships with assigned business accounts and serving as the main contact between Sales, Technology and Operations Services and the client.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Responsible for facilitation of contract execution, transmission establishment, profile setup and processing, client installation and product training.
  2. Must confer with clients on solution, offer beneficial alternatives, and act as trusted advisor.
  3. Deliver total solution to client.
  4. Seek to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings and control improvements in the process, and implement such improvements.
  5. Adhere to appropriate processes, ensuring information security compliance, audit compliance, regulatory and compliance directives.
  6. Responsible for reporting pertinent information to specific departments, reviewing daily reports to maintain account records and accuracy.
  7. Travel is required.
  8. Responsible for responding to inquiries and requests for information and troubleshooting from clients, Sales or any other department.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

In-depth knowledge and experience with all related products, business processes and MS Office products is required. A good working knowledge of technology and internet solutions preferred.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING:

High school diploma or GED required.Valid drivers license.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work tasks and meet deadlines critical to this position.

  • Must be articulate, accountable and maintain a high level of accuracy when utilizing the various systems and reporting tools.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Individuals in this position must be able to perform essential functions and physical demands within these documented working conditions with or without reasonable accommodation: This position is in an office environment within a climate-controlled facility that can be high-traffic during peak service times. This position will require driving to different locations at times, which will result in some tasks being performed in venues (internal and/or external of the Bank) rather than the assigned office.There is frequent use of the telephone, computer and other office equipment associated with this position, as well as a large amount of face-to-face interaction with customers. Employees within this department may be seated at personal desks for the majority of the day. The individual responsible for this role must be able to perform job functions with general supervision and work effectively as a member of a team or independently.The individual must be capable of working harmoniously with diverse personalities of co-workers, staff and internal customers.This position requires regular and reliable attendance and the ability to work varying hours.
