POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for sorting and delivering incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis with accuracy and precision.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. On a daily basis must sort and run outgoing mail thru postage machine and prepare for delivery to post office. 2. Make pickups and deliveries to RCB Bank branches and other businesses in town as needed. 3. Assist with inserter mailings and runs postage machine. 4. Keep all Bank vehicles clean inside and out. 5. Pick up supplies and distribute to branches. 6. Ensure grounds surrounding bank buildings and ATM buildings are kept clean. 7. Provide excellent customer service internally and externally while adhering to all company policies.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Valid drivers license with good driving record.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING:High school diploma or GED required.
JOB-SPECIFIC SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: Must be punctual, dependable and the ability to work independently. Self-motivated, good decision making and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communications skills as well as basic mathematical skills. Ability to work effectively as a team member. Ability to learn, multi-task, flexible when changing jobs quickly and filter out distractions. Ability to focus, follow procedures, analyze and solve basic problems with accuracy.
