A-State participates in E-Verify.\ \ Position Summary:\ \ Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the Head Men\'s and Women\'s Golf Coach is responsible for directing all facets of an NCAA Division II women\'s and men\'s program.\ \ Duties & Responsibilities:\ \
- Recruitment, training and development of quality student athletes
- Organization and planning of all practices
- Scheduling
- Budget and scholarship management
- Program fundraising activites
- Monitoring the academic process of student athletes
\ \ Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:\ \ The selected candidate must also follow all university policies and procedures in addition to rules and bylaws of the NCAA and the Great American Conference.\ \ General Days/Hours:\ \ Regular and reliable attendance.\ \ Additional hours as requested and/or needed\ \ Other:\ \ The program staff includes two graduate assistants. The program is housed in the state of the art Ken Duke Golf Center, featuring coaches\' offices, a team meeting room, player lounge, two TrackMan Golf Simulators, a Pro Putt Systems indoor putting green and a lobby/lounge area honoring the history and tradition of Henderson State golf.\ \ Applications will not be accepted by phone.
