You work in partnership with customers within a geography to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.
Location: This is a remote role based in the continental United States.
How you will contribute
You will:
Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer
Execute the strategy for the customer
Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan)
Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,500 to $138,150; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree required
Job specific requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years in a customer-facing role in FMCG/CPG industry with proven selling/negotiating experience; HQ selling experience is a plus
3+ years of e-commerce marketing, customer, or project management experience in FMCG/CPG industry
Hands-on experience with CRM, media trafficking, SEM, content syndication and other digital marketing tools
Proficiency in working with e-comm platforms (Amazon Vendor Central is a plus)
