Senior Manager- Learning, Leadership & Talent DevelopmentWe are looking for a senior learning professional with expertise in leadership and talent development to help our leaders and team members advance their skills and knowledge. This position will help assess company-wide needs to drive learning and talent initiatives along with delivering solutions that meet those needs. The Senior Manager will research, design, and implement effective interventions to develop, enhance performance and recognize performance for leaders at all levels.This position is located at Land O'Lakes Corporate Headquarters in Arden Hills, MN (hybrid work arrangement each week)Program Design and Implementation:Consult, Advise and Solution strategies and programs that support the development and retention of leaders at all levels.Design and oversee the implementation of leadership programs.Closely evaluate and manage vendor relationships to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.Monitor the effectiveness of learning and leadership development initiatives.Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:Collaborate with business/functions to understand goals and develop a plan aligned with the company's objectives.Provide updates on the progress and impact of leadership development efforts.Partner with HR and business leaders to drive a consistent enterprise approach, strategy, and implementation of leadership and talent development practices.Team LeadershipLeads a team of professionals in the design and delivery of programs and resources.Ensure team has the capability to provide best in class leadership development solutions.What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?Bachelor's Degree in human resources or related; Master's degree desired8-10 years of experience in HR, learning, leadership, or talent development with strong understanding of leadership theories, adult learning principles and practices.Experience managing learning professionals.Expert level facilitation skills including senior leadership level.Proven record of implementing successful learning and leadership development programs.Experience working in a matrixed environment, with the ability to collaborate and influence decisions across all levels of the organization.Uses research and data to identify benchmarks and best-in-class approaches.Experience capturing metrics that drive insights and decision-making.Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.Certification in coaching, assessments, 360 multi-rater toolsExceptional project management skills with experience managing external vendors.About Land O'Lakes, Inc.Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
