About the role: Join an exciting and evolving talent management team! The Senior Specialist, Learning and Development role will work with strategic talent management partners to assist in the design, implementation, and support of initiatives across the North America region. This role requires an individual to use strong facilitation and design skills to foster a development environment. The position is designed for a professional who is comfortable owning and managing small to mid-size projects while ensuring the outcomes match objectives. Your responsibilities will include: Partner with Strategic Talent Management leaders to support divisional and functional talent initiatives. Lead or participate in special projects as assigned such as a development series or development focused day for employees. Partner to coordinate and facilitate monthly/ quarterly development sessions for leaders or employees. Design, develop, and deliver engaging content for soft skill building. Facilitate team sessions (Insights), IDP, and employee or manager skill building sessions. Perform needs assessments to determine best approach for solutioning. Manage regional open enrollment offerings by partnering with Enterprise Talent team and Scheduled Offering Coordinators to determine annual schedule, manage addition or cancellation of offerings, and identify new vendors to fulfill unmet needs. Partner with site, division, or functions to support localized onboarding activities. Collect, curate and post on-demand development solutions and offerings. Collect feedback, update, and maintain talent management Share Points. Create a feedback loop to Enterprise Talent Management Global Service Owners. Participate and/or co-lead global initiatives as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus 6 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Experience in employee development and leadership development programs. Experience with On-Boarding programs. Instructional and/or program design experience. At least 2 years facilitation experience; Insights certification a plus. Experience building engaging presentations, updating, and organizing data and content, and working with surveys and associated technology. SharePoint development and editing experience. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Windows applications: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to merge data, and create tables and graphs). Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact and communicate with employees and leaders. Proven competence in Planning, Analysis, Relationship Building, Communication, Adaptability, Collaboration, and Execution. Organizes and prioritizes own work. Ability to manage multiple projects and activities while delivering results. Works independently, only receiving guidance on complex and unprecedented problems.
