Senior Financial Analyst- Supply ChainWe're hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Supply Chain FP&A team, supporting the Animal Nutrition business. In this role, you will provide financial and operational analysis, reporting, and insights to our Logistics business partners. This position will also support various Supply Chain initiatives defined by leadership, including Cost to Serve initiatives.This role is located at our Arden Hills corporate headquarters (hybrid work arrangement each week). Qualified internal Land O'Lakes employee's outside of the Arden Hills headquarter location may be considered for a virtual/remote work arrangement.Your primary responsibilities include:Lead planning, forecasting, and financial reporting for Transportation and Warehousing.Work with Logistics team to develop, implement, and validate savings estimates related to strategic initiatives.Partner with business unit FP&A teams to message key drivers of distribution cost variances.Support ad hoc costing analysis to assist in the evaluation of business partners' network optimization strategies.Manage capital lease approval/renewal process.Education and experience:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplineA minimum of 5-8 years related work experiencePrior experience with Hyperion Essbase Planning, OBI, Power BI, JDE applications, Microsoft Office or other similar systemsDemonstrated business acumen with a focus on developing cross-functional partnerships through identifying requirements and following through on deliverablesCompetencies:Strong communication skills, written and verbal, including ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audienceSelf-starter with a bias for action, able to work independently as financial representative within an operating environmentAbility to turn data into information, and information into insights, which can then be used to influence strategic decision making for the enterpriseStrategic thinking and planning skillsAnalytical and quantitative with strong financial analysis skillsAbout Land O'Lakes, Inc.Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
