Boston Scientific Project Specialist I - R&D Physician Engagement in Arden Hills, Minnesota

Project Specialist I - R&D Physician Engagement Location : Arden Hills, MN Work Mode : Hybrid, 3 days onsite Your responsibilities will include: Support planning and execution of R&D global physician engagements Manage EP R&D annual needs assessment and IRF process Liaise with R&D, Marketing and Commercial leaders to create specific goals and objectives for each physician engagement sessionfollowing a global calendar Establish routine communication channels and cadence with stakeholders prior, during, and following physician engagement events Partner with supporting staff across functions to ensure timely execution of physician contracting and travel. Provide a single point of contact for physicians and local field personnel to coordinate travel logistics Work with teams including R&D and Global marketing to create agendas for advisory lab sessions Coordinate equipment and supply readiness and shipping / customs paperwork for domestic and international events Create tools for tracking event execution to drive efficiency and process improvements Contribute to continuous improvement / innovation for future programs Develop and manage technical assets (simulators) Coordination of PFA connect (US workstream) and APAC connectR&D communication workstreams (partner with marketing) Required qualifications: BS in BME or related engineering discipline with 0-3 years of medical device experience Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage dynamic situations Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Collaborative approach Requisition ID:584311 As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most - united by a deep caring for human life.
