Boston Scientific Group Marketing Manager, Electrophysiology in Arden Hills, Minnesota

About the role: This Group Manager is responsible for developing and driving key marketing and business strategies for Boston Scientific's Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA) Product Portfolio, with a focus on US downstream marketing and commercialization. This includes involvement in developing high performance teams and managing the formulation and execution of comprehensive business plans to achieve such objectives. This person will have responsibilities for developing key strategies and insights around the administrative customer and different PFA workflow options including new sites of service. Your responsibilities will include: Ensure alignment of direct reports' annual performance objectives and support individual development plans. Sets clear, high standards for performance and hold direct reports accountable for results. Measure individual performance against success criteria, and provides feedback and developmental coaching. Manages execution of administrative customer plans in ways consistent with economic and product messaging strategies. Leverages economic data and analysis to make strategic choices. Develops/executes 1-2 year integrated franchise marketing plans and budgets, with oversight, annually. Resolves issues within the core team and franchise. Identifies new site of service opportunities for franchise. Directs/supports product managers in core team activities/responsibilities and oversees completion of key initiatives. Works alongside corporate account and HEMA counterparts to plan and execute strategies. Applies team/franchise/industry knowledge to solve project issues. Works within current systems to achieve business objectives (e.g., product development, launch strategies, etc). Raises and facilitates resolution to difficult personal and process conflicts or issues within the team. Builds cross-franchise team competence. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of professional experience 5+ years of medical device experience Analytical skills and ability to craft business plan a requirement Downstream experience (i.e. product management, sales engagement and campaign) Experience with determining customer needs within medical device markets Experience working with administrative customer and or large IDN's.
