Electrical Quality Test Technician Location: Arden Hills, MN Position Type: Contract Pay: up to $30/HR If you have experience with Electrical test equipment like DC Power Supply Multimeter Oscilloscope or AA degree in Technology Robotics Electrical Technology or similar we want to hear from you. The primary purpose of the position is to ensure product complaints are processed, reported and recorded timely and accurately. Key Responsibilities 1. Fully support the Quality Policy by building quality into all aspects of the incumbent's work and by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements 2. Perform electrical testing and data analysis on returned products 3. Receive, verify, and perform initial root-cause investigation testing on returned product complaints. Enter all information into GCMS Trackwise complaint database. 4. Ensure product traceability for all product received and analyzed. 5. Interacts with other departments (R&D, MFG) when additional information is required to complete investigation. 6. Follow-up with CMC to ensure product return or to obtain additional information as needed. 7. Forward complaints for approval after ensuring all necessary analysis and investigation information is complete. 8. Maintain equipment calibration in Returns lab. 9. Assist in maintaining and updating return product test procedures. 10.Assess and suggest improvements on existing complaint handling process procedures. 11. Maintain lab cleanliness and compliance to Corp procedures. Qualifications/Skills: 1. AA Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline and 1 year of related experience. 2. Must have experience with bench level electrical test equipment preferred (DC Power Supply, Multimeter, Oscilloscope). 3. IF NO DEGREE, must have minimum 3-5 years of related experience. 4. Experience with bench level electrical test equipment preferred (DC Power Supply, Multimeter, Oscilloscope).
