Boston Scientific Customer Education Specialist II in Arden Hills, Minnesota

About the Role: The Customer Education Specialist II will develop and implement training programs and tools to support in-house and external product and process education. Provide clear and concise information to employees/customers to give them an understanding of service activities and related content for multiple audiences. Your Responsibilities will Include: Develop core training plans and create courses and content for new product rollouts and legacy capital equipment products. Assess the approach and methodology of training materials to maximize impact and minimize training time per target audience. Assist with the planning, development and Implementation oftraining programs for the global technical service and customer care teams. Define curriculums by assessing and analyzing customer requirements and training needs. Work cross-functionally on projects and collaborate with service engineering teams to ensure requirements are properly scoped to include: knowledge transfer, content identified, delivery methods, course maintenance, and program updates. Maintain a process for change management. Interface with R&D, development engineering, manufacturing operations, and technical groups within and external to the company to ensure the content of developed material meets the training requirements and provides the instructor with accurate information. Continually test the effectiveness of created training; review, modify or update as necessary. Utilize software and technology in alignment with the best methodology to deliver the best instructor-led training presentations, virtual instructor-led training workshops, course work, eLearning, and certifications, and maintain related materials in thecorporate Learning Management System (LMS). Manage Arden Hills' onsite Training Center and coordinate schedules, rooms, supplies, equipment needs, and other class preparations with instructors. Schedule instructor-led courses to facilitate the most timely and effective class sessions. Partner with other organizations/regions to assess training programs to improve, streamline, consolidate, and reapply best practices for training programs. Own and manage digital display content in Arden Hills' Capital Equipment Technical Services (CETS) office area. Work with leadership and onsite resources to coordinate/organize/publish multimedia playlists on rotation and for visitor tours as needed. Contribute and maintain product/process info on SharePoint sites as needed. Serve as Caretaker of all CETS-related paper records stored/archived in Arden Hills Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a concentration in instructional design, learning science, technical writing, or related discipline. 3+ years of experience in the design and development of technical training programs Expertise in technical writing and specialty documentation (tutorials, quick guides, technical bulletins, workbooks, instructional guides). Strong communication skills (interpersonal and digital), technical writing, and presentation skills. Creative and detail-oriented, focusing on content accuracy, flow, and effectiveness. High-level relationship-building skills in developing connections between the team and partners. Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on collaboration and personal initiative. Strong attention to detail and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to create clear, easy-to-navigate, informative, accurate, well-designed, and functiona websites that provide content consistent with the organization's message. Experience working with senior leadership to support communication activities as needed. Experience using MS Office Suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint), Articulate software, or similar.
