This is a hybrid role out of Arden Hills/ Maple Grove, Minnesota locations About the role: This role will facilitate the execution of training programs to support product education and therapy awareness for Health Care Providers (HCPs).They willidentify and engage HCPs through collaborative partnerships to enhance educational initiatives, to advance the appropriate application of therapies that provide life enhancing outcomes, and to advise on safe and effective on-label use of Boston Scientific technologies in managing their patients. The Clinical Training Specialist will be a subject matter expert on Boston Scientific's Electrophysiology product portfolio, including but not limited to the VersaCross RF Transseptal Solution and FARAPULSE Pulsed Field Ablation System. They will be responsible for training Health Care Providers (HCPs) on the safe and effective on-label use of these technologies in managing their patients. The Clinical TrainingSpecialist will partner with professional education and sales training to improve and elevate hands-ontraining protocols and facilitation guides. This individual will have direct influence on thecustomer experience before, during and after hands-on training events. Your responsibilities will include: Conduct Hands-On training in clinical and non-clinical settings for physicians and OR Staff in accordance with standardized protocols. Facilitate didactic sessions as appropriate. Partner with regional sales, education and marketing leads to apply personalized learning pathways for the adoption of Boston Scientific technology. Assess and analyze HCP requirements and procedural training needsaligned to organizational objectives and initiatives. Develop strongtherapy and procedural knowledge with participation in education & training programs, case observation, scientific conferences, advisory forums, and team meetings. Assist with the development of the approach, scope, and methodology of HCP training to maximize impact by determining target audience, time, location requirements, and other applicable factors. Assist with the development of educational content to support HCP training and education Manage program logistics, including: product inventory, resource inventory (simulators, models, consoles), field support, organization of the Institute for Advancing Science (IAS), maintenance of training tools and resources, shipping and receiving products and equipment to facilitate training programs. Engage identified HCPs and KOLs to demonstrate the clinical outcome and benefits of Boston Scientific technologies and therapies, to exchange clinical, technical, and safety information based on labeled indications. Create tracking and management system for simulators to ensure proper maintenance and availability. Conduct post-program evaluations of content and faculty, remain aware of all changes that may impact training requirements, and implement changes/improvements to training protocols and resources accordingly. Familiarize self with digital content and provide feedback to EDUCARE team on customer needs. Effectively promote HCP training programs internally and externally. Develop relationships with HCPs and field personnel through training program participation, case observation, conferences and other interactions. Required qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degr e required Minimum 4 years of clinical training experience Must have the ability to effectively manage simultaneous priorities, deadlines, and communicate effectively with peers and manager. Demonstrated ability to work with, and successfully train to various learning styles using multiple modalities. Will include up to 70% travel to scientific conferences, hospitals, third party training facilities, Mobile Lab route locations and/or other BSC facilities.
