Ardara Technologies Electronic Assembler/ Production in Ardara, Pennsylvania
Ardara Technologies L.P. is a customer oriented firm recognized for high quality design and manufacture of electronics used with analytical chemistry laboratory equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Performs through hole and surface mount soldering, and mechanical assembly
- Performs cleaning of pc boards according to procedures
- Ensures assembly meets visual, mechanical, electrical criteria of design
- Test boards
- Builds cable assemblies
- Cuts wires to length
- Strips wire ends
- Solder wire ends
- Puts wires in correct connector pin slot
- Crimps Wires
- Builds wire harnesses
- Pulls parts for kits for assembly
- Stocks parts
- Documentation, standards and inspection documentation
- Reads and follows written and verbal work instructions and procedures with moderate supervision
- Flexibility to multitask depending on immediate production needs
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- College or trade school preferred
- Good command of the English language
- Minimum 2 -- 3 years' experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to understand schematics and perform basic troubleshooting would be helpful
Will train the right candidate for advancement.
No travel - No Weekends - Daylight shift
