We are looking for Cabinet Assembly Team Members to join the Sauder Cabinetry team. Sauder Cabinetry produces frameless full access Kitchen Cabinets made in the USA with unrivaled value and quality. The Assembly Team Members will assemble carcass components and drawer boxes for assembly of kitchen cabinets while making good decisions and keeping the company's best interest in mind in a team environment.

We currently have 1st and 2nd shift positions available. 1st shift starts at $16.50/hour and 2nd shift has a $2 shift premium

We also offer two performance-based increases in the first year---earn up to $20/hour in year one

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties as assigned.

• Assembles all cabinets in product line with both speed and accuracy while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Operates necessary equipment including but not limited to: air powered staple guns, hot melt glue machines, routers, screw guns, etc.
• Maintains accuracy of materials.
• Performs quality inspections on product as directed and performs minor repairs/touch-ups if applicable.
