Conagra Reliability / Process Engineer in Archbold, Ohio
The Reliability Engineer works onsite at the Archbold, Ohio plant facility. Reporting to the Principal Engineer, you will partner with plant leadership in leading the manufacturing loss analysis and loss elimination activities.
You Will:
Recommend, lead, and implement process improvement designs, modifications or additions which will eliminate priority production losses.
Develop and report zero loss mapping for a manufacturing team using zero loss analytics.
Develop loss costing data as an input to priority manufacturing design elements and perform loss data base improvements.
Work together with plant leadership to focus on developing simple to complex projects which encompass people, equipment, and material manufacturing process improvements.
Focus solely on manufacturing profitability, operability, and efficiency.
You Have:
BS in Engineering required.
3 years' experience in lean manufacturing, zero loss analysis, or 6 Sigma application considered in leu of BS in engineering.
Experience in process technology documentation, including Process Flow Sheets, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams, Mass and Energy Balances, Process Control Strategies, and Process Specifications.
Experience in process technology including mixing and blending, flow control, plate heat exchangers, temperature regulation, scraped surface heat exchangers, homogenizers, Ammonia, Nitrogen/CO2 cooling/freezing methods and equipment, Sanitary/ Aseptic package Fillers, and CIP systems.
Experience working with external work partners, vendors, and suppliers on confidential matters.
