Production Control Assistant

Archbald, PA

Contract Position

At Moseley we are supporting the largest defense contrators Missile and Fire Control program. The efforts of our employees are the key to the newest innovations in defense and aerospace.

We invite you to join our team supporting the most mission critical programs across the globe!

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the hardware representative on the shop floor, overseeing the flow of work orders and coordinating production tasks.
• Release, prioritize, and expedite work orders, ensuring smooth production operations and communication across multiple functions.
• Monitor production capacity and key performance indicators, including on-time starts and idle work orders.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, production schedules, and units shipped.
• Prepare and manage shop orders, review stock records, and update inventory statuses as required.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Excel and SAP software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
