JOB REQUIREMENTS: Supports and assists Arcadia Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations of Light Assembly area; assists with schedules and material handling to expedite production; adheres to production schedules and advises Arcadia Operations Manager of changes; ensures Quality Control standards are adhered to on a consistent basis; assists and accommodates employees as needed; documents significant events for respective employees with disabilities; monitors employee safety. Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions. Enforce safety and sanitation regulations. Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures, or assign employee training to experienced workers. Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production or processing of goods, such as inspectors, machine setters, and fabricators. Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers.
