JOB REQUIREMENTS: Join Our Team as a Wastewater Operator Where Water Gets a Fresh Start! Salary: \$28.00 - \$35.80 per hour PLUS \$0.50/hour Treatment Operations shift differential along with double time paid when working Sundays and Holidays. New Schedule and Unified Operations Group: 10-week rotation among 10 Operators with the majority of shifts being the 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 pm dayshift along with multiple three-to-four-day long weekends during the shift rotations. What You\'ll Do: Operate and Maintain Systems: Manage and monitor wastewater treatment processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose and fix equipment issues, keeping our operations running at peak performance. Quality Control: Perform routine sampling and testing to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Qualifications: Associate degree or vocational training in wastewater technology, environmental science, or related field preferred. Previous experience in wastewater treatment or a related field is a plus, but not required we\'re willing to train the right candidate! Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand basic treatment processes.
