JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1.Job Title : LEAD PRODUCT CONSULTANT 2.Job Summary : We are seeking a Consulting Manager with a strong background in PLM SAP-PLM to join our team. With 5 to 8 years of experience the ideal candidate will lead projects aimed at optimizing our clients product lifecycle management processes. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency making a significant impact on our clients success and consequently on the broader industry. 3.Experience : 10to14yrs 4.Required Skills : Technical Skills : SAP PLM Domain Skills : 5.Nice to have skills : Techincal Skills : CAD Integration Migration tool Azure AWS Dynamics AX PLM Data Migration PLM Functional Knowledge PLM Automated Testing PLM Manual Testing Domain Skills : 6.Technology : PLM ALM SLM incl Mendix 7.Shift : Day DAY 8.Roles & Responsibilities : - Lead and manage PLM SAP-PLM projects ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and budget. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design and implement PLM solutions that meet client needs. - Analyze business processes and requirements to provide strategic recommendations for PLM enhancements. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients and team members on PLM best practices. - Act as a liaison between the technical team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals. - Stay abreast of the latest PLM trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients. - Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately for all stakeholders. - Provide exceptional client service managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex PLM-related issues as they arise. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth. -Qualifications - Must have a solid understanding of PLM SAP-PLM with at least 5 years of experience in the field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in Core ABAP SAP Enterprise Portal EHS ABAP and WebDynpro for ABAP is highly desirable. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - A commitment to continuous learning and development in PLM technologies and methodologies. - A bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field is required. 9.Job Location : Primary :USWIAPPC01-Appleton - WI USA CLT Alternate : 10.Job Type : 45PM00 Sr. Manager -...
