TEKsystems Help Desk Analyst in Appleton, Wisconsin
Description:
We have an open position for a Help Desk Analyst in Appleton, WI. The role involves providing support for computer hardware and software, including O365 and SharePoint applications, as well as numerous other applications. This role will also be responsible for using Active Directory to manage user accounts.
Job Duties:
Analyze incoming requests for PC hardware, software, and telephone support
Fulfill requests using approved solutions
Install software on PCs
Provisioning:
Installing software
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Updating hardware tracking database
Required Skills:
Strong customer service skills (ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the company and the confidence to decline requests when necessary)
Excellent organizational skills (ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively)
Ability to work well in a team, with initiative to look for process improvements and take on additional tasks when workload allows
