Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
The technician will serve as a liaison between our client and the customer and will be responsible for maintaining our client's on-site ink room. This includes dispensing inks and color matching. The position is a 2nd shift position 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
Operate machinery as required
Handle inventory control
Perform quality control tests
Provide press-side technical support
Follow all safety requirements
Maintain housekeeping standards and complete monthly reporting
Essential Skills
Blending, batching, ink testing, and color matching
Machine operating
Forklift operation (sit down)
Inventory management
Shipping and receiving
Mixing
Effective color matching and passing a color vision test
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient with Microsoft Suite (MS Office) programs and other computer skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrate excellent written, reading comprehension, and math skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Appleton, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00
