Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
As a full-time production associate, you will be responsible for testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging. This role offers the flexibility to either sit or stand during the 10-hour shift, although standing will be required for certain tasks. The position involves light industrial and general assembly work, where you will be lifting no more than 10-15 lbs and meeting specific metrics for assembly pieces.
Responsibilities
Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.
Work 1st shift hours (5:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Thursday) or 2nd shift hours (3:00 pm to 1:00 am Monday to Thursday).
Meet assembly metrics by putting one hose into another hose by hand.
Maintain good attendance and adhere to quality standards.
Essential Skills
Experience with assembly line, general production, and hand tools.
Basic computer skills.
Testing experience and soldering skills.
Ability to perform general labor, inspection, and machine operation tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Good attendance record.
Ability to manage paperwork and onboarding tasks efficiently.
Capability to change a tire independently is a plus.

Work Environment
Candidates will work in a near brand-new state-of-the-art facility that is clean, bright, and temperate controlled (68 degrees and 30% humidity). The work environment is safety-focused.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Appleton, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30
