SUMMARY:

The Bulk Acoustic Wave (BAW) RandD team looks to hire an RandD Process Integration Engineer with focus on process integration and new technology development. In our ongoing effort to improve device performance and diversify our product spectrum, we need a creative person who is able to integrate complex thin film processes (more than ten levels of lithography). The ideal candidate is a technical person, who finds solving challenging problems to be a rewarding task.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our BAW business is growing rapidly, and we desire a highly motivated individual excited to be part of this opportunity. The candidate should present communication skills (verbal and written). The candidate needs to be comfortable working with and supporting other groups like process engineering, design engineering, manufacturing, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in physics, material science and engineering or related fields
  • Ph.D. in MEMS, thin films integration or thin films for acoustic devices is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in semiconductor/MEMS industry as a process integration / technology development engineer
  • Experience in developing/transferring processes from RandD to high volume manufacturing
  • Knowledge of the various standard semiconductor processing techniques (PVD, CVD, lithography, etch, CMP), hands-on experience being a plus
  • Prior BAW / acoustic devices experience is a plus
  • Knowledge in acoustics for thin films materials or material physics
  • Skills in programming languages such as MATLAB, C++, Python,is a plus
