Job Title: Field Service Technician
Job Description
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for operating manual mill, lathe, and surface grinder, building high precision rotary machines, and setting bearings and other components in shafts. You will also set rotary tools to run at high precision and speed, handle the inspection of tools following blueprint requirements, meet delivery schedules, work overtime when needed, and handle flex work shifts to meet production requirements. Additionally, you will travel to customer sites for machine installations, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure maximum machine performance, maintain proper production paperwork, log into jobs accurately, and report accurate information regarding die diagnosis from customer visits. Communication with customers during onsite visits regarding repairs and diagnosis, ensuring excellent customer relations, troubleshooting repairs needed for die, and machining parts on various machines will also be part of your duties.

Work Environment
You will be working in a hands-on environment using various machines and tools. The role may require working overtime and handling flex shifts to meet production requirements. Travel to customer sites will be necessary, so a valid driver’s license and passport are required. The dress code is typically casual but appropriate for a hands-on, technical setting.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $75000.00
