JOB REQUIREMENTS: InsightFS is headquartered in Jefferson, Wisconsinwith 23 branches across the state and upper peninsula of Michigan. PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Under the direction of Branch Manager, handles the movement of products within the plant and maintains all equipment associated with product movement throughout the plant with great care as to accuracy, efficiency, and safety. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Receives products into the plant ensuring proper handling techniques, placement in location, proper labeling, efficiency, clean up, and record keeping. Assures all products are accounted for with either an invoice or delivery ticket. Maintains an adequate supply of products in the blending tower at all times with great care given to reliability, accuracy, time management, and clean up. Timely maintenance and repair of all equipment within the plant and bagging operation with assistance from the Tower Operator. Cleanliness, organization, and product security within the plant with assistance from the Tower Operator. Notifies Plant Manager / Sales Manager when raw material inventory levels require attention. Count and record inventory as required by Plant Manager. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Assisting Tower Operator - Create blends based on work orders provided by office and sales staff for general fertilizer products as well as pesticide combination products - Suppying bagging operation with needed products - Maintenance and repair of all blending tower equipment including plant compressors and chemical application equipment - Inventory management Deliver products to customers according to company standards. Assists with general cleanliness of warhehouse, offices, and break room. Operating and maintaining company equipment according to company standards. Adheres to the company Uniform Policy, and maintain appropriate professional image. Adhere to the company environmental health and safety policies and training. Follows GROWMARK\'s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply. Performs all other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Normally requires a high school diploma or GED and experience operating equipment.
