Job Title: Manufacturing EngineerJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer for our plant. The role involves managing and optimizing manufacturing processes, including Cold Forming, Annealing, Machining, Heat Treating, and Finishing. The facility is equipped with modern equipment, including two anodizers, two paint systems, one zinc plating line, and one phoscoat line. Machining is performed on state-of-the-art equipment designed for all types and shapes of metal stock. This plant specializes in producing casings and shells for government use.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in ANTIGO, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

There are currently 2 Manufacturing Engineers on site, and we are looking to add an additional 2 for the floor. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and willing to spend 50% of their time on the floor. We prefer candidates with experience, as we have found that entry-level candidates take longer to train and get up and running.
