Location: Anoka, MN Wage: $20/hr., DOQ Hours: 5:30 am 3:30 pm, Monday Thursday Benefits of the plastic injection mold set-up technician: 401(k) matching Dental Insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance HSA Paid time off Retirement plan Duties of the plastic injection mold set-up technician: Set up and maintain production of injection molding machines, tooling, and processes. Locate, transport, install, and store injection molds following established guidelines. Inspect, clean, and maintain molds and tooling after each production run per procedure. Responsible for molding machine set up including ancillary equipment related to the molding process. Perform minor machine maintenance as required. Responsible for backup to the material handler based on need or absence. Maintains an organized, clean, and safe working environment as required. Performs additional tasks and responsibilities at the discretion of the Production Manager, or designee. Qualifications of the plastic mold set-up technician: Authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment is preferred Injection molding experience is desired.
